 1.  INDIVIDUAL PANEL REPLACMENT:

                         from individual panels to multiple panels we will never say no to helping you with your needs. We                               have no minimum size or number of panels.  however a trip charge will apply to most small  panel                                 jobs.  

                        sometimes a top panel may be in need of repair but is inaccessible.  An extra fee may be incurred                                  for difficulty.

                        Other services such as door hardware replacement, kick plate replacement, cage service, cable                                      replacement,  additional tek screws or concrete anchors, gutter clean-out andcaulking can be                       included  on your estimate/invoice as "ala carte" services.

2.  POOL/PATIO RESCREENING:

                       Our top rate rescreening service includes:  

• Removal, clean up and curbside disposal of old screen
  
•  Installation of new screen material and .310 flat spline
  
• replacement of any missing tek screws
• Additional concrete anchors where needed (up to 8)
