AMERICA'S HOME SPECIALIST LLC. became a reality for founder Carlos Castillo in 2003. Carlos, a recent graduate from Northeast Tennessee Tech. College had worked his way up in a corporate job just to find out it was not fulfilling His desire for a career. In 2001 He made the jump into the arena of home improvement sales, where He also flourished and was able to help a small family owned company grow from 250K in yearly sales to over 1.2million dollars in sales in only 10 months. He found what motivates him most.
"I like being able to stand back and look at a job when it is done and say, "look what we have done, I am proud of that." "You can't do that with a 3 year service agreement from my last job..."

Carlos and his family moved to Central Florida in 2002 to go into management with the home improvement company he was working for. A new dealership had just opened and hopes and expectations were high!! But, a new owner meant a new business ethic, and when the almighty dollar became more important than the ethics and principles that Carlos stood by everyday, He soon realized it may be time to separate.
"I believe in treating people like I want to be treated,
I hate pushy salesmen, so why would I push my customers?
I don't want to be lied to, so why would I lie to a customer?
I won't buy junk, so why would I sell junk to my customers?"
It became imperative that the only way to offer people the refreshing sales approach and service that Carlos had to offer was to go into business.
In 2003 Carlos launched America's Home Specialist as a sole proprietership which later became an LLC. Built on the Christian principles that He holds dear to his heart, the new company flourished. Customers and vendors alike, praised the company for prompt service, before and after the sale, quality products and low low pricing.
for the past 6 years America's Home Specialist LLC. has been serving the screen repair needs of central florida. Since it's inception they have expanded to include many other services like painting, pressure washing pool cages, deck staining, motorized screens and motorized awnings, installations, etc etc.
